That’s what you’ll find at Soirée Thursdays, a weekly event at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort (505 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Fort Lauderdale). It’s held from 6 to 10 p.m. on the Hilton’s Sunrise Terrace. Get there before 8 p.m. to indulge in signature drinks and free tapas alongside a more extensive menu featuring brochettes, verrines, and tasting spoons created by Executive Chef Sean McDonald. Amidst the sleek and chic setting, DJ Fabian G spins the soundtrack to an awe-inspiring ocean view, six stories up. There is no cover, and valet parking is $5.
