This high-end bistro incorporates influences from around the world, most notably Asia and the Mediterranean. Take for example the steamed chicken-and-spinach won tons served in a roast chicken-soy broth for starters. Or the panzanella bread salad with kalamata crostini. Rasberry Cabernet Roasted Duck, Ginger Sherry Pecan Crusted Salmon, and Wild Cactus Pear Seared Chili and Sea Bass. Count on several things here: The crispy-coated cheesecake for dessert, the polite service for all the courses, and the wait for a table if you don't have a reservation.
