Modest and sincere, this Argentine steak house offers an authentic South American beef experience. That means no matter how you order it, the steaks, chops, and short ribs will be served well-done. But the tasty filet mignon or churrasco plus a vibrant chimichurri or a pleasantly pungent Gorgonzola sauce go a long way toward convincing the palate that flavor has it over texture. And if entrails are your thing, Che, Pibe is your place. Beef kidneys, sweetbreads, blood sausage, and beef tongue in vinaigrette are all handled with skill.
